		<description>This post rings so true to me.  As a &quot;non-lawyer&quot; with over 10 years of experience I know that it isn&#039;t even money that made me leave my work to start my own secretarial business - it was the lack of appreciation and the lack of challenging or interesting work.  Summer students and articling students often got the work the paralegals would have found stimulating.  Firms that work to keep their staff are not common and ones that really appreciate them are going to enjoy the results!</description>
