		<description>Jordan, you scoff at the notion of giving a case to the lawyer you bids the most for the referral.  But it seems to me that this might be a great way to find the attorney most likely to succeed with your case - and a good way to see if you have a case to begin with.
If a client gets a $10k bid and a $100 bid, that is good evidence (though not conclusive) that the higher-bidding lawyer is more capable of handling the case.
If a client gets only a $100 bid, that&#039;s good evidence that they don&#039;t really have a case.

Perhaps they should get rid of the &quot;yes&quot; or &quot;no&quot; answer altogether and just ask &quot;WhatIsMyCaseWorth.com&quot;?</description>
