Thanks a million -- both for accepting the invitation to participate in the meme and for pointing out a better way to spend our blog capital.  Yesterday a group of law firm knowledge managers in New York tried their hand at applying appreciative inquiry to their work.  As I read your post, I found myself thinking that there was some real overlap between the two efforts.  Focus on what&#039;s working and what can be.  The problems will always be with us, but with sufficient focus on multiplying success, we should be able to diminish the impact of those problems over time.
