Jordan – will you be posting the remarks you’re making at this event today? I wasn’t able to get myself to the ABA conference, but if I had, this is one of the CLE programs I would have considered mandatory to attend!
I didn’t have prepared remarks per se, but I made a series of notes for the panel discussion that I’ll happily post later on this month.
